Maintenance and calibration services

You can get maintenance, repair and calibration services for all devices in our product range. For other devices, please confirm service availability with us first. When sending the device to us, follow these instructions:

1. First, carefully fill out the service form at the end of this page. Enter the necessary additional information in the Message field of the form (for example, a description of the fault, the order number/reference needed for the invoice). Send the form with the Send button.

2. Send not only the device itself, but also the device components that are important for calibration or maintenance. When you send, for example, a flue gas analyzer for annual maintenance, also pack the flue sensor, the charger and also the printer, if one is part of the equipment.

3. Deliver the shipment to: Aimtec Finland Oy, Sarkatie 2, 01720 VANTAA. Use the delivery method that will bring the shipment to us (e.g. Matkahuolto Jakopaketti, Posti Express package), and we will get your device up and running faster. Also put the mobile phone number of one of our staff members on the parcel card, so that the carrier can contact us about the delivery if necessary. We charge a collection fee of 25.00 (VAT 0%) for shipments that we have to pick up from the carrier's office.

If we do not perform any maintenance, repair or calibration procedures on the device, we charge a 50.00 (VAT 0%) inspection fee. If the customer buys a new device from us to replace an unrepaired one, the inspection fee is not charged. When a device left unattended is returned, the return freight will be charged.
